How it works
From your raw video to a finished edit in five steps, with the delivery date shown before you start.
- Step 1
Pick a look
Watch the looks and choose one. Each shows what's included and what isn't, the shape, the credits it uses for each minute of video and the date you'd get it back.
- Step 2
Upload your video
Send the original file: MP4 or MOV · up to 10 minutes and 2 GB per video · send the original file. The upload starts the moment you choose the file, so you can fill in the rest while it runs. If it stops, pick the same file and it carries on.
- Step 3
Start the edit with credits
A video uses its look's credits for every started minute, at least 1, so a 40-second reel counts as 1 minute. Before you start you see exactly what it uses, like “2 minutes × 5 credits · uses 10 credits · 140 left after this”. Short of credits? Top up or change plan on the same page; your upload keeps going.
- Step 4
Review and ask for changes
Watch your first draft. Pause where you want something different and add a note at that moment, like “0:12 — spell the name Aoife”. Send all your notes together as one round. 2 rounds are included and they don't use credits.
- Step 5
Approve and download
Happy with it? Approve it and download. On a phone, save it straight to Photos.

What counts as a round of changes
One round
All the notes you send together, in one go. Add as many notes as you like first. For example:
- Fix how a word is spelled in the captions
- Take out a pause or a line you don't want
- Change the opening line or the closing screen text
- Make it snappier, or change the colour
A new edit instead
Changes stay within the look and the footage you chose. These start a new edit and use that look's credits:
- Switching to a different look
- Sending new footage
2 rounds are included with every edit and don't use credits. Need another? An extra round uses 2 credits for Clean Edit, 2 credits for Captions, 3 credits for Branded, 5 credits for Ad-Ready.
How credits come back
If an edit fails
All its credits come back automatically.
If it runs late
Its credits come back automatically, and we still finish the edit and tell you the new time.
If we can't use your file
We tell you what's wrong, like “it has no sound”, and give you a date to send a new one. If you don't, the credits come back.
You never have to ask. Each one shows on your order and as a line in your credits history. How credits work

Sound levelled so it's not too quiet or too loud on Instagram and TikTok
No glitches, black frames or frozen picture
Captions never hidden behind the app buttons
No words cut off at the start or end
For the technical
The same checks in technical terms:
- Loudness measured and normalised to −16 LUFS integrated.
- Frame count checked against the expected duration.
- Black-frame and frozen-frame detection across the whole video.
- Captions and on-screen text kept inside each platform's safe zone, so the app's buttons and labels never cover them.
- First and last word check: the first and last spoken words sit fully inside the cut.

- In: MP4 or MOV, including HEVC .mov from iPhone, up to 2 GB and 10 minutes of footage per video.
- Out: one MP4 of up to 90 seconds, Full HD, vertical or landscape.
